Had the initial objective to make it sub 15'.
Did all the OHSq Unbroken and every round was sub 3'
After the OHSq had to grind the initial portion of the running (it's a rising slope), because the quads were 'stone'
Did it in 14'45. If i was rested, and without doing A, B and C before, i could shave some time off!
Although it has been an hard week in terms of sleep quality and work i'm happy with this WOD result, considering all of the leg work before :)
The weights were somehow heavy this week (due to sleep and work stress?)
