TTT W24.S4

Rest day

Usually i go for a walk, but today was stormy... so i did 3 rounds of very light intensity bike + mobility + some deadbugs, birddog, ... for 45'

Sleep: although yesterday was 'very intense' I slept really well. Ate a good amount of rice at dinner and one big orange after, and before bed some oatmeal with whey... (8h of sleep)

Mood: ok :)

Bodyweight: 75.7kg
