Done! No problems
I'm feeling my legs sore from yesterday's squats and from the bike work today. In the last Km of the bike work my quads were burning hard (if you notice, i like this circuit because it's a few km's always uphill, but with the gears of the mountain bike i can regulate the effort, so the legs are always working)
Forgot to mention that the last jerks yesterday gave me some discomfort on my left lower back. I think that it can be my Quadratus lumborum tight... I'll try some mobilization.
