Although you prescribed a rest day, i went for a 35' bike ride on paved road. I wore my heart rate monitor and the HR was always between 60-75%MHR (MHR = 184bpm). It felt good get some blood flowing and breathe fresh air outside of the office.
Sleep: today it was crappy... Went to bed at 11pm, woke up at 4am with my heart pounding... then saw 4:30am and woke up at 8:30am. Don't have one specific reason for being anxious, but i'm feeling like that... I'm currently reading 'The chimp paradox' which, by the way, is a super interesting book to learn about our behavior. If you are interested i can send it to you.
Mood: Although sleep was crappy, my mood wasn't very bad.
