First day in a while that i started to miss training and being in the box...
Did:
10' AB at easy pace followed by 10' row at easy pace.
It felt good doing this!
Sleep: 8h
Mood: still not at 100%. Still feel the 'weight' of so many days sick.
Bodyweight: 74.5kg
I think that the weight loss is also related to the loss of water associated with stopping creatine.
Although i still feel some nauseas, i'm starting slowly to feel hungry.
