TTT W17.S2

40 50 minute walk outside in the sun if possible or AB @ easy pace (in sun if possible) 
Did this before the training below. Today i left earlier from the lab so i could do this walk in the woods and with shirt off. During the day we have 18ºC, but at night 5ºC :P... If i did this piece like you prescribed i'd walk at night, because the sun sets down currently at +/- 18h20 and i train from 17h30 / 18h onward

A. Power snatch clusters; 1.1.1 x 5; rest :10/2:00 
warmup: 20k x 2 complexes; 40kg; 50kg
work: 60kg; 60kg; 61kg; 62; 63kg

B. Strict pull up; 1 rep on the :20 x 30 reps - rest 3:00 if you fail 
Done! No need to rest :)

C. Split stance banded pallof press; :20/side x 4; rest :10 b/w sides 
Excellent exercise!! Core and glutes on fire

D. Barbell side bend; 12-15/side x 3; rest 2:00 - slow and controlled 
Done!

E. Quadruped single arm shoulder flexion lift off; 3/arm x 3; rest :30 b/w arms - 1 rep = 10 press 
down, 5s lift off 
Done! Felt increasing some range of motion!
