TTT W13.S1

Yesterday and today i had some 'serious' DOMS on both of my TFL (tensor fasciae latae)... Could this be related to the suitcase carries?

5' bike + CARs + general mobility

A. Strict press; build to a tough 5 
20kgx5repx2set; 30kgx5; 40kgx5; 50kgx5; 55kgx5

B. Strict press 5 reps x 3 @ 75% of A 
75% of 55kg = 42kg. This weight allowed to do very controlled reps, mainly the eccentric portion, with a explosive concentric.

C. Isometric ring dip support hold at extension; amsap x 3; rest 2:00 
1st set: 45''
2nd set: 40''
3rd set: 35''
Chest burning in the middle (sternum area) and shaking arms

D. Front squat @50x1; 4-5 x 5; rest 2:00

This was really challenging!!! The last two sets were RPE9, mainly the last two reps of each one of the sets. After the last set, i had to sit down for a minute, to catch my breath... :D
I think that i'm bracing better and, this way, maintaining a more upright posture.
Used oly lift shoes, but no belt

I'm a little sad with my performance here... I was counting to do 6 rounds :P But felt tired since the beginning, and the legs didn't help also... I just couldn't give more than what i did... Breathing and legs were limiters here.
1st set: 5'06
2nd set: 6'09 (the steel cable of my rope broke and i had to change rope)
3rd set: 6'08
4th set: 6'22
5th set: 6'42
6th set: 37 DU

Tomorrow 30' @EN1 is it at 70% max heart rate??

Mood: although i'm not super happy, i feel that my stress/anxiety is more controlled, which is very positive.
