Weights felt heavier than last week. 83kg were my limit here, in the second and third rep, the technique degraded

The biggest 'problem' here was in the box jumps... The quads were fried from the bike, but did them one by one without stops
On the bike, could maintain a speed between 38 and 40km/h
The DB snatchs were 'singles': right arm, floor, left arm, floor,...; i have some difficulty to change the DB between hands more quickly
