1st set: all done but it was harder than usual
2nd set: all done but continued harder than usual
3rd set: on the 3rd rep it started to get really difficult and on the 5th rep i failed
4th set: did negatives... couldn't press... felt without strength
5th set: 1st and 2nd rep did the HSPU, 3rd, 4th and 5th only the negative
Don't know what happened, but today this was really difficult for me. Could it be from the water retention of being indoor the 24 and 25th of December due to the bad weather?.........

"DT" w/ DBs @ 15kgs
- for deadlifts, set up a 20kg plate to touch both heads of the DB to
5RFT
12 DL
9 HPC
6 PJ
Initially i thought that i could do it in around 5'
Never crossed my mind that the main limiter would be the grip...!!! In the end had my forearms swole AHAHAHAHAH
Did it in 4'33''. Could maintain a steady pace, breathe well and fight the lactic acid in forearms and feet (could this be related to the 'jumps' of the HPC and the PJs?)

Cooldown: 50 Bike CAL not for time
As a side note, this Christmas a friend offered me another 22.5kg DB, so at this time i have one pair of 22.5kg DBs
