5' Bike warmup + some general mobility

Done! Right leg had a little more difficulty controlling the eccentric (4'')

Tried to go heavy allowing you to see where i stand at this time.
It was hard technique wise (much time, due to elbow, without practicing), but strength wise, from the floor, no problems.
