Today went to physiotherapy and did some shockwaves on elbow (feeling much better now)
I think that i lowered my anxiety/stress/cortisol with Ashwagandha and Magnesium malate. Also increased water intake to 2 liter.
Slept better (woke up at 5am but fell asleep again) and today felt better.
