A. Muscle Snatches 5RM @7-8RPE (increase of 2kg in every set)
25kg/5; 35kg/5; 40kg/5; 45kg/5; 50kg/5; 55kg/5 felt RPE8 no straps (total time 15') PR 5RM Muscle Snatch

B. Hang Snatch from Hip 3RM, then -10% for 3 @7-8RPE (increase of 2kg in every set)
20kg/3; 30k/3; 35kg/3; 40k/3; 45kg/3; 50kg/3; 55kg/3; 60kg/3 felt RPE8; 55kg/3 no straps (total time 15') hard time holding the bar. Grip failing between reps of same set in the heavier sets

C. Back Squats 10RM, then -10% for 10 @7-8RPE (increase of 5kg in every set)
25kg/10; 60k/10; 75kg/10; 80kg/10; 90kg/10 RPE7+; 82kg/10 all beltless (total time 20') Although i increased from last week's 85k, the top set with 90k was somehow 'easier'.

D. Accessory Work:

Slingshot (or mini band) hip circle walks 20 steps to the left/20 steps to the right

The DB Snatch with 30kg was the bottleneck on this wod

Ended the 3rd round but didn't continue because had some pain in the base of my left thumb in the DB Snatch... I think it was related to grip fatigue

Muscle Snatch top set and Hip Snatch 2 top sets (failed the last rep on 1st set so repeated)
